City Care Christmas Lunch
CITY CARE CHRISTMAS LUNCH
SUNDAY 3 DECEMBER
December’s City Care Lunch will be a Christmas Celebration, complete with Christmas Carols. There’s a variety of ways you can help, both in the lead up and on the day. For a full list of needs and to sign up click on the VOLUNTEER Button below.
If you’d like to support City Care Ministries financially you can do so via Square by clicking on the GIVE Button below. We’d also really appreciate your prayers for the day as we seek to show Jesus’ love to some of our most vulnerable neighbours.

Gingerbread House Night
7pm, Friday 8 December at The Garrison Church.
A great opportunity to invite friends to make a Gingerbread House in time for Christmas and hear a talk from Emma Collett.
$25 per kit, gluten free and biscuit packs for kids available. All proceeds going to City Care Ministries.
Places are limited, so register via the button below. Ages 7 and over.

Community Carols
Sunday 10 December 4pm at the Garrison Church
On Sunday 10 December we hope you’ll join us for our Community Carols service at the Garrison Church at 4:00pm, and then a b.y.o. picnic on Observatory Hill.
The 8:30am service at St Philip’s will be the only other service at Church Hill on Sunday 10 December

Rivendell 2024
Once a year Church Hill gets away for a weekend of peace, restoration and community.
We call it Rivendell.
In 2024 we're heading to The Collaroy Centre, Collaroy
from Friday 23 to Sunday 26 February
The move to Collaroy brings not only a change of scenery, but also a few changes to accomodation options.
The options are outlined on the registration form, click on the link below.
As always, we don’t want finances to prevent anyone coming to Rivendell.
If you would appreciate some help paying for the weekend, or have the means to support another person to attend, there is room on the registration form to let us know.
All details will be kept confidential.

The Marriage Course
Starting THURSDAY 1st February 2024
Registrations for The Marriage Course are now open.
When: 6:45pm to 9:30pm
Thursday evenings 1st February to 14th March 2024Where: The Garrison Church Hall
Corner Lower Fort and Argyle Streets, Millers Point (parking available on site)
Cost: $250 per couple (includes all meals and course materials) BYO

Community Groups
Community Groups are at the centre of our vision for church, and one of the ways that we can continue to walk and grow as disciples of Jesus as we do life together.
Groups meet at various times throughout the week, in the city and surrounding suburbs and there are different types of groups to suit different people. Whether you are already in a group, or looking to join one, we would appreciate you taking the time to fill in a short form.
